Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an experienced Director, Shared Services to lead the overall direction of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing, Cash Management and Accounting Services, aligning with corporate objectives and field operations.

This role partners with corporate functions to ensure accurate financial close, improve processes, and drive change with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Business.
• 15+ years of proven business process and systems experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall Shared Services Team, in support of business process initiatives and BrightView objectives.
• Supervise Shared Services Managers in support of their various teams.
• Support training to Shared Services Team members in all aspects of business processes and procedures.
• Establish metrics and/or KPI’s for Shared Services processes and work with Manager to develop improvements.
• Oversee the Corporate Accounting function including reconciliations, journal entries and close support.
• Oversee other financial and administrative activities as needed.
