Job summary

Innovation Associates, Inc. seeks a Director, Shared Central Fulfillment to own the offering end to end—from proof sites to scalable model.

You will define the offering, pricing, qualification criteria, and long-term strategy, working closely with Product, Engineering, Services, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams. In early phases you will shape the product, support early opportunities, and translate learnings into repeatable tools and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across pharmacy operations, healthcare distribution, or B2B services.
• Experience owning or leading an offering, product line, service line, or commercial program from concept through execution.
• Experience developing pricing models, business cases, customer qualification criteria, operating models, or go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, commercial teams, or cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shared Central Fill offering definition, roadmap priorities, and operating model standards.
• Define pricing and margin standards in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Set site qualification standards and determine appropriate customer engagements for Shared Central Fill.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Services, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams.
