Job summary

Target is seeking a Director of Marketplace Fulfillment Partnerships to own strategy, evaluation, and pilot commercialization of external fulfillment solutions for Target+ Marketplace. Responsibilities include shaping provider landscape, commercial terms, and scaling successful models.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in marketplace, eCommerce, logistics, retail supply chain, business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop external fulfillment strategy across 3PL, white-label, regional fulfillment, MCF, LTL/bulky-item models.
• Lead provider conversations and shape commercial terms with cross-functional partners.
• Design and pilot structured fulfillment pilots with providers and Marketplace Partners.
