Job summary

Target is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of external fulfillment solutions for Target+. You will shape provider landscapes, design pilots, and define commercial models to improve speed, reliability, and profitability.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable capabilities while balancing guest experience and partner economics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in marketplace, eCommerce, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketplace/3P, eCommerce fulfillment, or related partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop Target+ external fulfillment strategy across providers and models.
• Lead commercial terms, pricing, and pilot design for fulfillment partnerships.
• Translate business needs into product, engineering and data requirements.
• Define provider onboarding, seller enablement, and performance governance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to scale fulfillment partnerships.
