The role carries full P&L responsibility and demands a data-driven leader who can scale operations, drive standardization, and guide acquisitions with technology and automation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Experience implementing WMS and leveraging data to drive performance.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site North America network with accountability for service and safety.
• Own full P&L across labor, facilities, freight, capital investments, and systems.
• Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned to business objectives.
• Lead integration of newly acquired facilities into unified systems and processes.
