Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified ABA supervisor to oversee autism-focused programs and provide clinical supervision for a team of Behavior Interventionists. The role ensures adherence to best-practice guidelines and high-quality service delivery for children with developmental delays and ASD.

The position requires a Master’s in ABA with BCBA certification, 2–3 years of related experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 50% locally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and direction for ABA programs across caseloads.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, and audits as assigned.
• Leads staff meetings and develops training materials for staff development.
• Oversees recruitment/selection and performance management of program associates.
• Travels locally up to 50% as required.
