Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a World Class Finance Transformation leader to collaborate with Finance Accounting Groups across BI, analytics, BPM, AI, and automation. The role drives IT-enabled transformation, process improvements, and training while partnering with leadership to deliver measurable results.

You will design and implement analytics solutions, manage projects, and mentor teams in a dynamic, global finance function. A strong background in BI tools and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AI, automation, analytics and data visualization with strong business sense.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience building or implementing process-improvement tech using BI and ERP tools.
• Experience with Power BI/SAP Analytics Cloud/Tableau/Qlik; ERP suites (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, PowerApps).
• Experience with Generative AI and RPA tools; data transformation (SQL/Python/KNIME).
• Ability to influence and drive results in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance Accounting Groups to design, develop, and implement BI reporting/analytics, BPM, AI, and automation.
• Manage value-added projects using continuous improvement methods.
• Analyze and support complex business processes; create docs to drive solutions.
• Apply project management skills to deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and deliver technical training; conduct pilots and evaluations; present to leadership.
