Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, Technology Management, Engineering Management, or related discipline) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate understanding of objectives, challenges and priorities driving initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders to assess solution options and define target scenarios.
• Lead initial definition of scope, milestones and delivery approaches.
• Support business cases with cost, timelines, risks and impacts.
• Ensure investments are based on end-to-end evaluations and alignment with strategy.
• Promote convergence-by-design across initiatives and regions.
• Build trusted relationships with Business and ICT leaders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate delivery and value.
