Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Field Intelligence to own the tech strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the unified Field Intelligence platform for US Commercial. You will transform data into insights, drive AI-enabled experiences, and work with data engineering, AI, and CRM teams to deliver enterprise dashboards and AI-powered solutions.

The role covers data-to-experience stack, governance, and operator experiences across web, iPad, Vault CRM, and voice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related field.
• 8+ years of technology product management, data & analytics products, or AI-enabled products.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms, cloud data platforms, and data products.

Responsibilities

• Own technology product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Field Intelligence platform.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, AI-powered insights, and pre-call planning features.
• Coordinate with data engineering, AI, cloud, and field stakeholders to deliver scalable field solutions.
