Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development/sales experience.
• Experience developing and managing service and training portfolios.
• Contract negotiation and proposal development experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for service and training offerings.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand client base and revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement training solutions.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform strategy.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to leadership.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and pricing for service projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for training programs.
