Responsibilities

• Leads service line development efforts by identifying growth opportunities and converting priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Develops business plans, budgets, pro formas, and investment recommendations for new and expanded services.
• Directs full lifecycle of service implementation including planning, approvals, launch readiness, and handoff.
• Plans capacity, staffing, space, and workflow to support sustainable growth.
• Serves as operational leader for high-priority initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Oversees post-launch stabilization and performance monitoring across assigned services.
