Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or 7+ years direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads outreach activities to develop relationships with providers, EMS, and community partners.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to plan and execute growth initiatives.
• Develops strategic outreach objectives and tracks KPI performance.
• Docs provider interactions and barriers in the PRM system.
• Participates in growth meetings with PPS, ACO teams, and service line leaders.
• Provides insights on provider preferences and service line trends.
• Aligns growth strategies with regional leadership and market trends.
• Supports EMS and Transfer Center initiatives and events when needed.
