About the role

As theDirector / Senior Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and position xCures as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Execute against sales plans and corporate goals, including contact activities, meeting generation, and commercial pull-through resulting in sales and expansion of xCure’s customer base and market footprint.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails, schedule meetings, and deliver introductory presentations to customer target audience
  • Build and manage a high-performing pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with product and customer success to align business development efforts with customer needs and product innovation.
  • Use CRM software to track and analyze key sales metrics to optimize strategies and report performance to leadership.
  • Understand and communicate the value of xCures’ SaaS products
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings
  • Make sales presentations including individual meetings via the phone and video conference

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Health Tech, Provider / Health System and Lab / Diagnostics market is a plus.

Other Plusses

  • Undergraduate degree in a health sciences and / or technical field
  • Customer management experience using a CRM system like Hubspot
  • Previous professional experience in the SaaS / healthcare domain
  • Strong technical skill sets

Location

  • Remote
  • US-based travel required (10-20%)

Salary & Benefits

Base : $110,000-$150,000 + Performance Incentives
