Senior Director, Business Development - The Good Eating Company

Location : Bay Area, California (Must reside in-region)

The Good Eating Company , an independent part of Sodexo, is looking for a strategic sales leader to join our team of culinarians, makers, and innovators unafraid to challenge the status quo of onsite dining solutions. In this position, you will be in charge of driving transformative growth and working cross-funtionally, creating elevated client experiences in the vibrant Bay Area market. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional familiar with corporate services food sales.

Strategic Market Development : Drive profitable growth by developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with The Good Eating Company's values and positioning, and Sodexo's global business development goals.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term partnerships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across key industries in the Bay Area.
• Opportunity Management : Lead pipeline development, from prospecting to proposal, ensuring strategic alignment and a client-centric approach in every interaction.
• Insight-Driven Selling : Leverage regional client and consumer data in partnership with sales strategy, marketing, culinary, and finance teams to craft compelling, insight-led value propositions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with segment operations, culinary leaders, commercial finance, and subject matter experts to design innovative, client-focused solutions.
