Ladders is seeking a Director Software Engineering - Central Security to lead and evolve the security-focused software engineering organization. The role centers on defining the multi-year IAM strategy, scaling a global team, and partnering with senior leadership to balance rigorous security with rapid execution.

You will help shape how AI agents are identified and authorized in a dynamic enterprise environment, steward security controls, and drive cross-functional collaboration with product,

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on security, identity, or infrastructure.
• 7+ years of engineering management experience, including managing engineering managers.
• Proven ability to build and scale engineering organizations and recruit talent.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for identity and access management across the organization's infrastructure.
• Lead the development of a model for agent identity and authorization for AI agents.
• Build and scale a distributed organization of engineers and security professionals globally.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into trade-offs between security and operational velocity.
• Advocate for identity and access perspectives to leadership, including VPs and C-level executives.
• Reduce access-related security incidents by addressing root causes.
• Automate access approval processes to enhance efficiency.
• Define and enforce access policies to meet regulatory and compliance obligations.
