Job summary

Pearson seeks a Director of School Operations to lead enterprise-wide operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach school leaders, ensure compliance, and drive enrollment readiness while aligning with Pearson values.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level
• Strong communications skills and data-driven approach
• Ability to travel frequently and operate across multiple schools

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio of schools.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and charter/SOA requirements across the portfolio.
• Drive enrollment readiness and operational systems to support student success.
• Partner with SSP and Academic Outcomes teams to translate strategy into scalable execution.
