The role requires advanced education/management credentials, virtual-school leadership experience, and travel flexibility to work across sites and partner networks.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership required.
• Flexible approach to work and travel.
• Strong communications skills and data-driven mindset.

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and renewal readiness.
• Drive enrollment readiness and operational scalability across the portfolio.
• Coach and develop school leaders, establish performance expectations and accountability.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with the School Success Partner and Academic Outcomes teams.
