Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior SAP Quality Engineering leader to define and execute the quality strategy across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite. You will build and lead a team across automation, performance, and test data management to ensure release readiness and continuous quality across complex SAP transformation programs.

The role partners with Platform Engineering, Application Development, and business stakeholders to embed quality early and drive shift-left testing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of SAP Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or SAP program delivery.
5+ years of leadership experience managing Quality Engineering teams.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP CAR, SAP Integration Suite, and hybrid landscapes.
Experience implementing enterprise test automation solutions (e.g., Tricentis Tosca).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end test strategy across multiple testing domains in SAP environments.
Drive automation strategy using Tosca, CBTA, API automation, and AI-assisted testing.
Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformations and migrations.
Integrate testing within SAP DevSecOps pipelines (Git, CI/CD, Cloud ALM, Azure DevOps).
Manage vendor performance with SI partners; review plans and metrics.
Present status and risk to leadership with executive-level reporting.
Partner with business and engineering to ensure testable requirements and quality.
Define and govern test strategies, scope, coverage, methodologies.
Evaluate emerging SAP testing technologies and establish CoE.
Lead QE team, coach and develop talent.
