Job summary

GoodPower seeks a Director, Development Operations & Systems to streamline the infrastructure behind a growing fundraising operation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, this role owns the systems, data, and processes that allow the development team to raise, track, and steward revenue with Salesforce at the backbone.

This builder’s role will clean and reconstruct the CRM, implement moves management, and establish robust dashboards for leadership, supported by documentation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of development operations experience with hands-on Salesforce in fundraising.
• Experience leading CRM cleanup, migration, or rebuild to a trusted system of record.
• Track record designing moves management or pipeline systems adopted by fundraisers.
• Strong data architecture, reporting, and revenue forecasting skills.
• Experience managing and coaching professionals.
• Comfort in a fast-growing organization with pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture, data integrity, and reporting across entities.
• Build dashboards for fundraising leadership, CEO Office, and Finance with real-time visibility.
• Own Salesforce configuration and integrations with fundraising tools; manage partners.
• Design and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and coding practices.
• Serve as liaison to IT and data teams on shared systems and integrations.
• Develop and implement moves management and pipeline workflows adopted by the team.
• Drive adoption of Jira/Confluence and connect to Salesforce with a connector.
• Oversee contracting, invoicing, and compliance systems for vended services.
