Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy for the FCC Division to partner with General Managers and Sales Leaders. You will own go-to-market execution, improve bookings, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and governance.

You will lead the FCC Sales Strategy team, oversee forecasting, QBRs, and performance dashboards, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Technology to optimize processes and incentives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or related function.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Proven experience partnering with senior sales leaders to drive performance.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute segment growth strategies across CT Corporation and Compliance Solutions.
• Lead annual and in-year sales planning, capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting.
• Create data-driven market opportunity assessments aligning resources with growth potential.
• Drive account prioritization, segmentation, and cross-sell strategies across the FCC portfolio.
