What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue goals and enhance sales productivity
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and health systems
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and close complex deals
- Engage with SNF leadership and stakeholders to communicate the value of our analytics solutions
- Monitor and report on key revenue metrics, sales performance, and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years of professional sales experience, with at least 8 years as a sales leader
- Proven track record in healthcare sales, particularly in SaaS or health IT
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills

- Experience selling into the health IT market for SaaS software
- Existing network of relationships within the skilled nursing facility industry
