The successful candidate will have strong sales, coaching, and management skills within the Medicare space, aiming to expand Berwick Insurance's agent network and increase Medicare plan sales annually.

• Recruit, coach, and support agents in selling Medicare plans

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Proven sales, training, and management experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and accountability
• Flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary
• Experience in Medicare sales and insurance management
