We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agent to recruit and manage agents who sell Medicare plans. The successful candidate will have strong sales, coaching, and management skills within the Medicare space, aiming to expand Berwick Insurance's agent network and increase Medicare plan sales annually.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and support agents in selling Medicare plans
  • Assist agents with sales-related questions and situations
  • Promote Berwick benefits to agent partners
  • Maintain relationships with carrier representatives
  • Achieve sales goals to support company growth
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Proven sales, training, and management experience
  • High integrity and team-oriented mindset
  • Assertive, goal-driven, positive, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and accountability
  • Flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary
  • Experience in Medicare sales and insurance management
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proven ability to close sales effectively
  • College education is a plus
