Chainguard is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead the operational engine behind our international growth across EMEA and APAC. You will manage the sales operations team, own planning, forecasting, territory design, reporting, and process rigor to keep a multi-country business running at speed.

You will partner with GVP, EMEA, and RVP, APAC, reporting into global Revenue Operations, and adapt standards for distinct regions while aligning with global architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Sales, Revenue, or GTM Ops experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing a sales operations team.
• Ownership of multi-country international territory design and capacity planning; EMEA essential.
• Hands-on Salesforce fluency: reporting, data models, process design.
• Strong forecast cadence experience with trusted leadership.
• Excellent communicator across frontline and exec levels.
• SQL or data modeling experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow the Sales Ops team for EMEA and APAC.
• Act as revenue ops partner to GVP EMEA and RVP APAC.
• Join leadership rhythms and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Own annual and in-year territory design across regions.
• Run pipeline, forecast, and quota planning across regions.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and GTM stack.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal to remove friction.
• Travel up to 25% for QBRs and planning.
