Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Director of AMER Field Marketing to lead a capable team of field marketers and own the AMER field strategy across North America, LATAM, and Public Sector. You will drive pipeline growth and collaborate closely with the sales organization to execute data‑driven programs.

You will build a field center of excellence, scale regional initiatives, and mentor multiple managers while ensuring alignment with Chainguard’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large field marketing team with measurable results.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline growth through field programs.
• Experience in B2B marketing; cybersecurity a plus.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMER Field Marketing strategy across North America, LATAM, and Public Sector.
• Develop and coach a high-performing field marketing team.
• Partner with sales on GTM motions, targeting, and account planning.
• Build a field center of excellence to scale Chainguard’s field programs.
• Design and measure data-driven field programs aligned with company goals.
