Job summary

Outrigger Kailua-Kona seeks a Director of Conference Services to lead the catering service team, manage budgets and drive profitability for events and conferences. You will train the Catering Service Manager and Coordinator, ensuring high quality service and guest experiences before, during, and after events.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a senior conference/catering role at a resort or hotel, strong English communication, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of experience as a Director of Conference Services or Director of Catering in a full service resort or hotel.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
