Job summary

E Source, a research, data analytics, and technology focused professional services firm serving utilities in the US and Canada, seeks a Director, Sales Innovation to build something from the ground up with an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll translate data-driven concepts into compelling client messages and drive transformative solutions.

You’ll lead executive conversations, collaborate across units, and navigate a complex sales cycle in a fully remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in sales or business development.
• Experience with complex sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and CRM systems.
• Experience working with utilities or energy sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle sales development, nurturing leads and closing deals.
• Collaborate across business units to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Navigate a complex sales environment with multiple opportunities.
• Lead executive-level conversations about E Source solutions.
