This is a full-time, remote, home-based position, reporting directly to the VP, New Business Sales. The role requires residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH; Ann Arbor/Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Salt Lake City, UT; or DeKalb, IL.
The Director, Sales Development is responsible for leading and developing the SDR team, driving sales pipeline generation, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing hiring and talent growth strategies, managing KPIs, coaching team members, and optimizing sales processes and tools.
Qualifications include at least 7+ years of experience in high-velocity SMB sales development, strong data-driven decision-making skills, and experience coaching early sales talent. Preferred experience includes enterprise sales, Salesforce CRM, and familiarity with the construction industry.
