Join to apply for the Director, Sales Development role at Dodge Construction Network.

This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the VP, New Business Sales. The role requires residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH; Ann Arbor/Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Salt Lake City, UT; or DeKalb, IL.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing hiring plans and talent development programs
  • Establishing a high-performance culture
  • Creating career progression paths and coaching
  • Managing pipeline generation targets and KPIs
  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership
  • Building outbound strategies and leveraging analytics
  • Ensuring data accuracy and process adherence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years leading high-velocity SMB sales development teams
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline processes
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making and KPI management
  • Experience coaching early sales talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft
  • Basic construction industry knowledge
