Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Shoes For Crews’ U.S. Hospitality market segment through leading and coordinating the development and execution of brand, product, marketing and sales strategies.
- Develop and act upon market, competitive and industry intelligence to stay ahead of trends, product innovation, customer needs, changing demographics, buying patterns, etc.
- Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range revenue, margin and EBITDA targets.
- Use CRM tool (Salesforce) to monitor, drive, and deliver results as well as use as the forecasting revenue tool.
- Provide direction to and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on US Industrial strategy and financial targets, including with
- Product Development team to develop product line architecture and develop and products
- Sales team to develop sales strategies, plans and tactics (account plans, pricing, sales force incentives, etc.)
- Marketing team to develop and deliver branding and B2B marketing plans (collateral, trade shows, etc.)
- Omni-channel team to develop and deliver DTC plans that support Industrial market goals
- Finance team to develop and deliver annual budgets, re-forecasts, variance analysis and value-added reporting
- Build and maintain strong vendor (distributor) relationships that consistently give the Company a competitive edge.
Ideal Requirements:
- 10+ years of executive experience in marketing, product management and/or sales within the industrial footwear industry.
- Experience working with safety companies and/or within the safety footwear market.
- 7+ years of being responsible for profitable growth and full P&L of a business unit or sector.
- Proven success building brands and businesses, managing P&Ls and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experienced leader who has led teams directly and indirectly cross-functionally in a matrix organization model
- Comfortable with change and extreme growth
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence, both up and down.
Functional / Technical Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and use of Salesforce.com and Tableau
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and successfully execute on related tactical objectives
- Proven ability to lead and successfully remote sales teams and complex sales processes
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Command of written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
- Robust problem solving, decision making and change management skills
Other Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience managing national/strategic account sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study
