Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to own the S&OP process for the FA Lab and ITAD workflows. You will translate demand signals into operational plans, drive capacity planning, and partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Analytics globally to optimize throughput and on-time spare parts delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in procurement, supply chain, inventory or operations.
• Experience with global supply chain management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
• Knowledge of forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and multi-year S&OP forecasts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align plans with demand and capacity.
• Manage and communicate supply plans, address variances proactively.
• Build planning models forecasting lab workflows and throughput.
• Drive monthly S&OP with input preparation and reviews.
• Collaborate with finance to align plans with budgeting and cost models.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable planning tools.
• Present planning insights and recommendations to leadership.
