• 9+ years of experience leading a merchandising team.
• Deep knowledge of Rugs category trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and present strategies clearly.

• Develop and ensure execution of brand strategies
• Strategically interpret and align consumer insight to all aspects of business
• Drive and execute product assortment strategies to deliver sales and margin forecasts
• Present product assortment category to Senior Leadership
• Drive calendar to meet critical dates and hold team accountable
• Lead weekly and monthly financial review meetings, identifying corrective action necessary to maximize sales and margin
• Lead the financial forecast of the business, partnering with Planning Leaders
• Initiate product development to capitalize on trends and consumer opportunities
• Drive product and pricing execution and timely receipts with vendors
