Endpoint Clinical is seeking a Director of Business Development to identify, develop, and win U.S. new business opportunities for RTSM/IRT software in clinical trials.

This role focuses on selling to pharmaceutical and biotech companies and achieving company sales goals. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years in RTSM/IRT or pharmaceutical services sales, and a proven B2B software sales track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience.
• 3 years RTSM/IRT or pharmaceutical services related sales experience
• Proven track record of success in Business to Business Software sales
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a sales team environment
• Organized with methodical approach for prospecting

Responsibilities

• Selling clinical trials software (RTSM/IRT) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies
• Achieving company sales goals
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships while prospecting for new opportunities
• Educating customers on the value of a new software platform
• Maintaining accurate records and logging activities in our SFA system
• Communicating weekly activities and coordinating sales pipeline with leadership
• Preparing and delivering presentations to clients about the Endpoint platform
• Generating quotes and proposals using templates
• Participating in trade shows and conferences
• Assisting in the creation of new sales plans and strategies
• Negotiating budgets
• Demonstrating efficient and accurate completion of all responsibilities
• Winning customer awards for new business
