Red Cell Partners is hiring its first Revenue Operations leader to build the operating system for identifying, pursuing, and winning federal work — from pipeline to forecast to cadence and enablement that accelerates a growing team.

You will own the agenda, preparation, and execution of weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews, driving forecast accuracy and scalable processes across the organization.
