Job summary

The Ford Foundation’s Information Technology team seeks an Associate Director, Responsible AI Solutions to lead the development and implementation of ethical AI that aligns with our mission. Reporting to the CITO, you will oversee an AI portfolio and partner with senior leaders to refine and execute the foundation’s AI strategy.

You will also drive governance, policy development, model evaluation, vendor assessments, and capacity building to ensure responsible AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related professional experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
