Zusammenfassung

The Ford Foundation’s Information Technology team seeks an Associate Director, Responsible AI Solutions. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the development and implementation of ethical AI solutions that align with our mission, and work with senior leaders to refine and scale the foundation’s AI strategy.

You will oversee the AI portfolio, drive governance, evaluate vendors, and partner with People & Culture to build AI literacy across the organization while ensuring responsible and transparent

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of related professional experience and a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Generative AI techniques (LLMs, LangChain, RAG) and Architectures.
• GCP Vertex AI and production deployment experience.
• Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, data tech (SQL, Hadoop, Spark), and CI/CD.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for executive audiences.
• Strong project management and vendor-management skills.
