Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Embedded Systems.
• 10+ years architecting, designing and validating safety-critical embedded systems in automotive environments.
• Experience with Automotive SPICE and software/ML quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI FuSa technical leadership across Ford programs.
• Own AI in FuSa Health Dashboard development and maturity tracking.
• Define and deploy maturity models, safety frameworks, and governance for AI safety.
