Capital Health in Pennington, NJ is hiring a Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee clinical and administrative operations of respiratory care across inpatient and outpatient settings. This senior leadership role is responsible for staffing, budgets, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with at least seven years of acute care leadership; ACLS/BLS credentials and Respiratory Care Practitioner certification are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and Master’s degree or current enrollment in related program required.
• Seven years of acute care therapy experience with operational leadership in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings.
• AHA ACLS-Adv Cardiac Life Support, AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider credentials.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee the operational, clinical, and administrative functions of Respiratory Care Services.
• Analyze and manage the department's financial performance within budgets and resources.
• Plan, allocate, and authorize budgeted funds for operations, equipment, staffing, and programs.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Nursing Leadership to promote interdisciplinary patient care.
