Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Valid driver’s license with a liability-free record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of DDS licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Coordinators of Residential Supports.
• Ensure DDS regulations and Harc policies are followed, with ongoing oversight.
• Oversee auditing systems including DDS inspections and internal audits.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary support with families, guardians, and external agencies.
• Manage residential budgets, staffing ratios, overtime, and resource use.
• Lead regular team meetings and support staff training and onboarding.
