Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project controls integration across cost, schedule, scope, risk, contract, document, and reporting systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-project portfolios or complex construction programs.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, friction, competing stakeholder priorities, and incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder communication across internal teams and external contractors.
• Manage contract commitments and change management effectively.
• Oversee portfolio schedule performance and ensure alignment with contractual milestones.
• Monitor project-level financial performance across budget, commitments, and cash flow.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained through documentation and inspections.
