Job summary

Edison Smart is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Director to lead the global compliance function for its AI-powered monitoring and cloud-based security platform. You will oversee international product approvals and drive the compliance strategy across the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep RF/EMC compliance experience, 10+ years in regulatory roles, and 5+ years in senior management or director positions, with strong knowledge of UL standards and IoT consumer

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory/compliance functions
• 5+ years in Senior Manager or Director level
• Experience with UL certification and global regulatory standards
• Experience in Consumer electronics/wireless products, IoT, or security camera domains
• Experience with Verizon/AT&T certifications

Compensation: $180,000-$250,000 base +30% bonus + equity

Edison Smart are working with smart home security and connected device company developing AI-powered monitoring solutions and cloud-based security platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Director to lead global compliance function, oversee international product approvals, and drive compliance strategy across the full product lifecycle.

• RF and EMC compliance experience
• 10+ years in regulatory/compliance functions and 5+ years at Senior Manager or Director level
• Strong experience in Consumer electronics/wireless products, IoT, or security camera experience
• Strong knowledge of UL certification and global regulatory standards
• Experience with Verizon/AT&T certifications
• Engineering degree required (Electrical Engineering preferred)
