Job summary

Tive, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Engineer to own global regulatory compliance for all hardware, ensuring every product can be sold worldwide.

You will lead certifications (FCC, IC, CE, RoHS, REACH, WEEE), coordinate with hardware/RF teams, manage labs and test plans, and keep certificates current.

Office-based or hybrid options, strong equity, and a collaborative global team await a candidate with a BS in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in wireless hardware compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years of global regulatory compliance for wireless, cellular, and battery powered hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own all product certifications worldwide: radio, EMC, safety, telecom type approvals, and carrier certifications.
• Lead compliance for new products through NPI, from defining requirements to certification sign-off before launch.
• Design for compliance—work with hardware and RF engineering to meet regulatory requirements on the first pass.
• Keep shipping products compliant through certificate renewals, re-certification after product changes.
• Own environmental and labeling requirements, such as RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and regulatory markings.
• Manage test labs, certification bodies, and in-country representatives, including budgets.
