Zusammenfassung

Actalent is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Engineer to oversee global product compliance for fitness equipment, guiding development from concept to production. You will partner with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure safety, EMC, wireless/RF, and environmental standards are met across markets.

The role reports to the Global Director of Hardware Engineering and Compliance and is based in Woodinville, WA.

Qualifikationen

• Regulatory experience with reading and applying standards to products.
• Experience working with third‑party test labs to validate compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Strong understanding of electrical/hardware aspects for compliance decisions.
• Able to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Proactive and able to drive projects to timely completion.
• Excellent communication with cross‑functional and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety, regulatory, and industry standard compliance across the product lifecycle.
• Manage compliance projects from concept through production, on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance during development, including design reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet compliance goals.
• Oversee activities to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Review and approve engineering docs, specs, test plans, and design changes.
• Identify technical compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support continuous improvement in product quality and development processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers (OEM/ODM/JDM) and external labs for compliance.
• Track progress and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed.
