Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a Regulatory Product Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet all applicable laws and standards. You will monitor evolving regulations, develop compliance strategies, and partner with legal, engineering, and QA teams from development through release.

Remote position reporting to the Chief Regulatory and Compliance Officer. The role requires deep telecom knowledge, risk assessments, documentation, audits, and travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in regulatory affairs, business, quality or related field required.
• 10 years in regulatory compliance or product compliance roles with telecom exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technology and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organization and leadership skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality and sound decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state laws, regulations and standards and ensure product alignment.
• Create and implement compliance policies and programs guiding product development.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, QA and operations across product lifecycles.
• Maintain technical files, declarations of conformity and regulatory documents.
• Represent the company in regulatory meetings if needed.
• Ensure processes align with regulatory requirements and obtain certifications.
