Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 10+ years in bio-pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in RWE and drug development communication.
• Program and project management experience.
• Proven success delivering results and leading strategically in a matrix environment.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global & Local strategic integration translating global direction into actionable regional plans.
• Partner closely with MPLs and cross-functional groups to align disease priorities across markets.
• Serve as the central liaison between WW Medical and market leadership ensuring aligned communication and execution.
• Lead visibility of market evidence gaps and guide evidence generation plans (IEP).
• Identify opportunities for collaborative studies and engage with WW Medical and other stakeholders to expand evidence generation impact.
• Foster cross-market scientific collaboration and remove roadblocks to enable medical execution across regions.
• Understand and anticipate market launch needs and inform launch readiness governance.
