Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required with extensive scientific and/or development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical development, Medical Affairs, or related field.
• Deep understanding of clinical research and evidence generation methodologies.
• Deep oncology therapeutic area expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the integrated evidence generation strategy across clinical trials and real-world evidence.
• Lead protocol development including objectives, endpoints, eligibility criteria and governance.
• Deliver studies from concept through governance and data readout.
• Contribute to scientific dissemination through publications and advisory boards.
• Ensure GCP/ICH compliance and quality in study execution.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and CROs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
