Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Director, Data Solutions – RWE & Insights to lead scientific strategy and analyses for biopharma partnerships in real-world evidence and translational research. You’ll work hands-on on key projects while mentoring a team of scientists across portfolio opportunities.

You will shape study design, endpoints, and data integration, collaborating with product and data teams to deliver high-impact insights for clinical development and regulatory use.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree combining quantitative or computational training with biological/medical knowledge.
• Hands-on proficiency in R, including statistical and visualization tooling.
• Experience with clinical trial design and real-world data methods.

Responsibilities

• Design analyses and proof-of-value studies for biopharma partners using Tempus clinical, molecular, and imaging data.
• Lead and mentor scientific teams to deliver rigorous analyses and client-ready results.
• Present findings to partner R&D and clinical teams and contribute to publications and conferences.
