Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Director, Data Solutions – RWE & Insights to lead scientific strategy across pharma partnerships. You will design analyses using Tempus multimodal data, drive feasibility studies, and guide the team in translating complex data into actionable insights for clinical development.

You will stay current on oncology drug development, RWE methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration with product and data science teams to deliver high-impact solutions for partners.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD or equivalent advanced degree with quantitative training.
• Experience in oncology and real-world evidence methodologies.
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and translational research.
• Strong track record of client-facing scientific work.

Responsibilities

• Design analyses for biopharma partners using Tempus data.
• Lead proof-of-value analyses and feasibility assessments.
• Define scientific approaches for real-world evidence programs.
• Review scopes, SOWs and deliverables for rigor and accuracy.
• Present findings to R&D and clinical teams; contribute to publications.
