Tempus, a leader in precision medicine, seeks an Associate Director to lead high-impact outcomes research for biopharma partners within its Data Business. You will design and execute retrospective HEOR/RWE studies, develop novel methods, and translate complex data into regulatory-grade insights to accelerate drug development.

You will guide a small team of outcomes research scientists, collaborate with Data Science, Biostatistics, and Product teams, and ensure rigorous adherence to GEP/HIPAA

Formación

• 7+ years in HEOR/RWE with leadership experience.
• Oncology expertise required.
• Experience with messy real-world data (EHR, claims, and genomic data).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end retrospective database analyses and study protocol design.
• Advise biopharma clients on innovative study designs and publications.
• Lead development of novel HEOR/RWE methodologies (e.g., ECA, causal inference).
• Publish in peer-reviewed venues and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Biostatistics, and Product teams to scale methods.
