Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management—Billing Operations & Integrations to lead enterprise billing, claim generation, and integration initiatives. You will oversee standardized workflows, automation, and system readiness across multiple markets, partnering with IT, Coding, and operations leaders to optimize performance.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare RCM, mergers & acquisitions, and a track record of improving claim quality and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred, with healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in enterprise revenue cycle and acquisitions.
• Proven track record in improving billing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise billing operations for professional and ambulatory services.
• Oversee pre-bill claim review and submission quality.
• Develop enterprise billing standards and workflows.
• Drive automation to improve claim quality and reduce rework.
• Partner with IT, PM, and clinical teams for system readiness.
