Job summary

Epicor is seeking a senior Salesforce architect to lead end-to-end solution design across CPQ, Billing, and related systems. You will guide architecture decisions, oversee secure and scalable implementations, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 8+ years' experience in Salesforce administration and platform development in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years' experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent solutions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle management.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs across Salesforce ecosystems.
• Lead architecture and end-to-end solution design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and adjacent business systems.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Evaluate current-state vs. future-state architectures, identifying gaps and recommending improvements aligned to industry best practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and aligned with Salesforce platform governance and lifecycle standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and cross‑functional team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Billing issues while staying current with new Salesforce features and enhancements.
